In the Youth Loft
We are launching Self Care Saturdays for all high school students starting this month! We will meet once a month for the fall and the activity and location will be different each time. But the theme of self care will remain consistent! For our first gathering, we will meet in the loft at 10:30am for yoga and mindfulness practice led by Ginger Garner and then head out to share in brunch together. All high schoolers and their friends are welcome! Bring a yoga mat and a few bucks for brunch. If you don't have a yoga mat, indicate that on the registration form and we will provide one for you.
