Dr. Ronnie Floyd, president of the National Day of Prayer, has challenged spiritual leaders and lay members to participate in 31 days of prayer for our nation. Our Let’s Talk Race Committee is joining with St. Matthews UMC in answering Dr. Floyd’s call. We will launch 31 days of prayer with a prayer vigil on Wednesday, June 29, at 6:00 pm at Guilford College UMC. District Superintendent, The Rev. Bev Coppley, will offer the opening prayer.
